Here’s a little ‘news’ update for you…

Our release for this course has been nothing
short of CHAOTIC. It’s everything a company
hopes for, but at the same time the demand
is almost ‘too much’ based on what we were
set up to handle.

So we’re experiencing a few ‘growing pains’…

It’s taking us a few days longer than originally
planned to process all the orders (we received
several thousand in just the first couple of hours
of releasing the course).

We also ran into a tiny problem that we
are fixing ASAP… we found that some of the
CDs were coming off the little pegs inside
the custom case we had created. So we’re
trying to put in some little foam inserts to keep
this from having — after all, we don’t want
you to get your course and have your CDs
damaged.

So it currently looks like it’s going to take
just a few more days for us to ramp up
heavy fulfillment. We’re trying our best to
speed things up but I just want to be totally
upfront with you about the status of your order.

Now, of course, this is a bit of a bummer
because I know you want this course *yesterday*
and it’s going to take us several more days
to try and add all these inserts and process
the huge backload of orders.

But I just wanted to be honest with you and
let you know what the ‘hold up’ is. I know
you’re really anxious to get the course and
start using it — I’m anxious for you to get started
as well!

These things happen and all we can do
on our end is the best we can do to take
care of any problems and get your course
to you RIGHT AWAY.

I promise you that once you receive the
course you’ll forget all about the short delay
in receiving it. Not to mention since you get
LIFETIME updates to the course and access to the
very elite, private community, you’ll be
getting results for many years to come; so these
few days delay will be quickly forgotten.

BUT…

I’m about to say something that you’ll probably
never hear another marketer say…

If you’re completely unhappy with the delay

line, “Refund.” In the body give her your
full order details. She’ll process your refund
ASAP.

Now why on earth would I encourage you
to get a refund???

It’s simple. You were obviously interested
in the course and you placed your order, but
I’m sure you were expecting it to ship to you
ASAP — which we had originally intended
to do. But since that didn’t happen I think it’s
only the fair and honest thing to do to remind
you that you can go ahead and get a refund
if you’re unhappy and don’t wish to wait any
longer.

The choice is up to you. We just want you
to be happy either way.

BUT I’LL BE MAKING THINGS UP TO YOU…

I know I’m well known for ‘overdelivering’
and giving my customers all kinds of extras
they didn’t know they were going to get, but

more for you since you’ve had to wait to
